I did get it eventually, so that's good, but the whole thing was kind of slow. Not a huge deal, just took longer than I was expecting

Support explained things clearly and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be. I did have to ask one more time about one setting, umm, but overall the communication was good and easy to follow

I’d give it 4 stars. The admin features are mostly there and not too hard to find once you poke around a bit. A few settings took me a little while to figure out, but nothing that really stopped me from managing my server on my own. Didn’t need to contact support, so that’s usually a good sign. Overall, it feels solid.

I’ve used 4 Net Players a few times now, and so far it’s been smooth. Usually when a company is messy, you start noticing little signs with billing or support, but I haven’t run into anything weird like that here. Everything feels straightforward, and they come across as trustworthy. The server worked fine too, so there isn’t much for me to complain about. I’d probably use them again.

"Pretty fair for the price"
I been using 4 Net Players for a little while now, and the price was fair. It’s cheaper than a few others I looked at, but it still runs fine for me. Setup was simple too, so for the money, I don’t really got much to complain about.

"Lots of options, but I wish setup was easier"
There are plenty of configuration choices, which is great once you know what you’re doing. I do kind of regret not setting aside more time for the setup, though, because it was a little confusing at first. After getting through that part, it felt much more manageable.

I had a smooth experience with it overall. My files loaded just fine, and I didn’t run into any weird errors or confusing steps, which is what I’m always worried about with this kind of thing. The FTP part was simple to use too, and I was able to figure it out without needing to dig around for instructions or spend a bunch of time troubleshooting. It basically did what I needed it to do, and that made the whole process a lot less annoying than I expected

We rented a server from 4 Net Players for a weekend session with about 20-25 people on at the same time. I don’t remember every little setup detail, which probably means it wasn’t too annoying, but I do remember expecting lag once everyone piled in. It stayed surprisingly steady though. No random crashes that I can recall, no major rubberbanding, and the ping was fine for most of us. The main thing I cared about was whether it would fall over when things got busy, and it didn’t. I’d use it again.

"Support helped, but it took a bit"
Support did end up fixing my ticket, which I appreciate. The only downside was that the replies were a little slow, and I had to explain the issue more than once before it got sorted out. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel as smooth as I’d hoped.

The server setup did work in the end, so I can’t really say there was a major issue. It just took longer than I was expecting, though I don’t know for sure if that was normal or if something was held up behind the scenes. Once everything was ready, it seemed fine from what I could tell. The waiting was the annoying part, but overall it was a average experience for me.

"Cancellation worked, but wow was it confusing"
I cancelled my server with 4netplayers and it did work in the end, but the whole process had me spiraling a little. I had to click around way more than expected just to find the right option, and for a while I was sitting there like, “Did I actually cancel this or have I just pressed random buttons into the void?” Support did reply, which was a relief, so that part was fine. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely could be made way clearer and less stressful

It runs smooth most of the time, honestly. Every now and then there’s a little lag, but it’s not like... a huge deal. Just something I notice here and there

I've been using 4netplayers for our server, and the latency has been low, even with a few friends joining from different places. We had one small lag spike once, well, I guess it was more of a quick hiccup than a real spike, but otherwise it’s been running smoothly. Setup was fine too, nothing too complicated. I'd give it 4 stars.

"Bad Timing, But It Recovered Fine"
Of course it had to crash in the evening right when I was trying to get things done, so the timing was annoying. Luckily, the recovery worked and my world came back after a bit. It took some waiting, but nothing was lost, so I can’t complain too much.

I had some kind of server issue the other day, I think it was last Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday — and support got it sorted out really fast. They also explained what happened in a simple way, which I appreciated because I’m not super technical. Overall, really easy and stress-free experience

I used 4netplayers for a small game server, the setup was straightforward. Most of the time the connection felt stable enough, but there were a few random lag spikes and short drops, especially during busier hours. Nothing totally game-breaking, but it definitely got annoying when I was playing with friends. Support was okay too, though not really anything that stood out. My gut feeling is that it’s fine if you just need a decent server and aren’t expecting perfect uptime every single time...

The documentation was easy to follow and helped me get my server set up without too much hassle. Nice. A few sections probably could’ve used more screenshots, especially for the trickier parts, but overall it got the job done. Simple. Helpful.
